EXCHANGE POLICY

Within 24 hours of receiving the product, if the product has any errors caused from the manufacturer, please contact directly to the phone. We allow return and exchange of goods in cases where the fault can be determined by the carrier or by the manufacturer.

  • Take a video before you open the package, so you can clearly see the waybill code and order information, the name of the carrier and the condition of the goods inside.
  • If not, we can not resolve for you.
